It was okay, but certainly will not be back due to the location

The staff always helpful , the view from the room was exceptional

It’s to far from the city , the transportation also difficult, there is a bus with shuttle bus infront of the hotel

Like the hotel but rooms need refurbishment

Breakfast and dinner buffet with good Japanese selection Ski in ski out is convenient Beautiful forest terrace just right next to the hotel

The standard room functional but old and very cramp for 2A + 1C with additional sofa bed being set up. Bath room has a tub but tight spacing. The wash basin is situated outside the bathroom and just right to the entrance is very cramp and unpleasant to use. Pillow too thin

Warm cosy room ,great onsen and lounge to rest in later

Onsen and sauna. 5 star Lounge in onsen excellent Omlette was so good Fish roe with rice very good Great to have soft pillow Beautiful view of snow covered mountain from room during season transition on a sunny day

Food selection could be a bit more varried ,that said still good and great coffee Girlfriend found flushing toilet had to hold down button too long A little out of way for local restraunts without a car Bed was a little firm, topper would be great

Very pricy. Facilities in the room are old, so do not match the price. Too many people during the holiday. Hard to book a dinner successfully.

Other than the ski part, everything else is great.

liked very much the walk at Ningle Terrace - romantic with snow falling . the whole place is magical and very instagrammable.

We went all the way to be able to ski. However, we were a little disappointed that we couldn't do any ski due to early closure of the ski lane at 3pm and that there isn't any night ski option during this period. It would have been nice to have night ski as well.

Have no convenience store inside the hotel or nearby. You may need to drive downtown if your hotel restaurants are fully booked.

Ski in and ski out. Krishna at the concierge was very patient & helpful with our needs.

I wish the staff were more English proficient. The hotel is old and dated. More meal options without having to order sets at the hotel for dinner.

6 nights stay (non Jaoanese)

We stay 6 nights, the hotel was a bit old fashion style with tranditional japanese style. Even the hotel a bit old fashion but the cleanliness is very good. Staff are nice, just some staff maybe have not know how to respon guest properly. I understand Japanese had their own tranditional way, that was nice but sometime some reaction a bit rude to guest. Such as raise up hand and say "wait", it is not a big deal but if they can learn how to reapon guest more nicely especially for people who are not Japanese will increasing your service level.

No water in room. Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointed.

Good location, everything you need is there, but improvements are much needed

It’s very convenient, everything you need , restaurant , ski in ski out, ski locker, onsen are all under 1 roof

The hotel is a little outdated and there’s minimal family style restaurants for the evening . The onsen is very small for a large hotel. The English level for the staff can be improved as it was difficult to communicate in English.

Good

Overall experience was nice and ski friendly. It was Xmas time but the ski area traffic was better than I expected. Two rental shops nearby, some waiting time is needed and suggested to get there early. Ski rental offers different combinations and I have no worries about it.

I drove to the hotel and my arriving time was peak at 5pm. The driveway was jam and it took 15 mins get to hotel car park which i found the hotel guest car park was almost full. I consider the flush toilet was problematic. After early breakfast I went back to my room and use the flush toilet. The flush toilet didn't work perfectly and I found the toilet water and stool spill on the floor. I spent 45mins to negotiate with hotel staff for room change. I had to repack my luggage for security and hygiene concern in the same room. Eventually I swap to another room at the end of the day. For this reason I had to keep my ski coach waiting until this issue is settled and my ski class time was shortened.

The location is perfect for ski in and ski out. It's so close to Ningle Terrace. The onsen is a great place to relax. The buffet breakfast hits the spot.
